This book is a memoir type book of the author Mitch Album’s personal experience with his favorite professor, Morrie Schwartz. I don’t usually rate these types of books because you can’t rate a personal experience, but everybody should read this book. it’s a 5 star read. It mentions life and death and how you can prepare and tackle death head on. It’s heartbreaking, it’s helpful, it’s real life. One quote that sticks with me is “Death ends a life. not a relationship” said by Morrie. I’m grieving my mother and this helped me think of it in a more positive light. I wish i had a professor like Morrie and I wish i could’ve met such a pure soul like him. **very sad, i cried for half the book**
