Like the first book I wasn't entirely fond with the language and I also found the storyline more predictable and maybe even a little bit boring than last time, but I'm really not a big fan of vampires in generall so that could be the reason for that. (I still love Ruthven,...)
I did start to like Varney and Greta more, they're still not my favourites, but it has become better. And Ruthven and Fass were still amazing and I really enjoyed most of the new characters a lot, especially Grisailles and Emily.
So, I really did enjoy this book and I think I found it slightely better than the first one, the storyline just wasn't my thing. I'm really looking forward to the third part.

these people will never cease to make me fucking cry. I love the greta and varney show and i'm so excited for ruthven and grisaille to enter their adoptive dads era!! would have been five stars but crepusculus and brightside were in the book too much and it annoyed me.
