Terri A. Wilson gives unspoken college love a second chance in Birds of Prey in Love. When we first meet Avery and Ruby they are competing in a video game contest. They are college roommates who are secretly in love with each other. Unfortunately the company will probably only hire one female as their token female hire. Avery and Ruby come from different backgrounds and experiences and whomever wins will get an opportunity that will change their lives in different ways.

Twenty years later, the two ladies meet up again and we see how the impact of winning and not winning has impacted their lives. Wilson does not make either road simply a winning one or a losing one. Life does not work that way. Wilson does lay the groundwork for the Paranormal Dating Agency to work their magic with an auction held at Ruby’s workplace.

Wilson ups the chemistry and the tea with all of the goings on at the inn. Whew! There is so much to keep track of because people are connecting everywhere there. Join me in the lobby and watch what is going on by reading Birds of Prey in Love you’ll have to bring the popcorn.

I received an ARC of this book and I am writing a review without prejudice and voluntarily.
