Dallas enlightens Paul, introducing him to the mysterious Bermuda flight. Questions still abound despite getting Dallas’s origin story.

Another short glimpse. I think I won't really appreciate it until I read the whole series. But I am really enjoying it so far.

And here, we have a taste of Dallas. There is an explanation. Sort of... Well, not really, more like: these are the facts, as we know them, the whats. But the hows and the whys? Not so much.

Now, to the third one :P

nicely done.

really lovely bit of writing at the beginning, with dallas and the mysterious elderly woman. i thought it was an outstanding scene, balancing his backstory against the ongoing mystery and his relationship with his niece, all while advancing the plot.

really accomplished, and kinda beautiful, really.

the scenes with paul exploring the island were very effective—both creepy and sad at once.

onward!

I enjoyed Part 2 of this series even more than the first part. So much to love about Dallas and Paul and even Kaye, and the story itself just gets more and more interesting. :D
