This was so informative and applicable to every aspect of life no matter one’s age, profession, education, etc. This book is reflective of values so ingrained in our society it was sometimes hard to confront the many ways in which we blindly conform to authority figures when we don’t even realize we are doing so. I brought up some examples in this book at work to encourage peers to constantly ask questions, identify ways to remove barriers, and hold personal accountability for actions taken, even if said action was a direction by a superior. I would recommend this book to anyone, but especially to anyone who is a leader, teacher, or in some kind of position of authority. It will really change the way you think for the better.
