This book is definitely for the younger crowd. It was silly and predictable. The writing was juvenile and I wasn't a fan of the artwork in it. I don't see myself continuing with this series.

It was a very cute graphic novel, I enjoyed it, however, like I find most manga's, it lacks a lot of detail. Just my personal oppinion.

My 13-year-old self would have eaten this shit up!
Vampire boys, excellent gothy high school outfits, and a heroine who isn't afraid of her own shadow, and of course, they set it up to be a love triangle too.
Reading it as an adult, I see it as the marketing material it is to get a new audience interested in the original novels. In the manga, the plot moves very quickly, that doesn't seem to be the case in the novels from what I've gleaned in the reviews. I don't feel the need to read more of either, but I am happy to let my inner angsty teen read all the vampire manga she can get her hands on.

I don't know if it's because of the manga style or what but the manga's are my favorite books in the Vampire Kisses series. It's something about the comedy style or even the antagonists that I just love! Alexander and Raven's relationship is so adorable and I think it's helped a lot by being able to see the looks of adoration they give each other through out the story.

This was like Fifty Shades and Twilight combined into one.
