This is probably the best book on product management I ever read.
I use 4 criterion for evaluating read book.

Level: 10
The level of authors are very high and the source of this book is pure experience from a world class company (Intercom).

Disruption: 8
Ideally, every book I read should change my outlook in one way or another (be disruptive if you want). This one has some interesting insights and therefore get 8 on disruption criteria.

Actionable: 10
I try to read books that are relevant to my current interest and need. That is why I expect a book to be a catalyst for actions. This one is extremely practical and relevant. You can apply it to your activity right now (in case you have SaaS product, of course).

Density: 10
I adore terse authors for their respect of my resources (time, energy, etc.). This one got really big A (extra bonus for their infographics in complex cases).

Bottom line: Must read for everybody who works in product management

Intercom does these little ebooks on all kinds of topics - Product Management, Sales, Customer support, Onboarding etc. I only read one before this - [b:The Growth Handbook|40675341|The Growth Handbook|Des Traynor|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1530373562l/40675341._SX50_.jpg|63243151] - and loved it. But this one didn't quite hit the mark for me.

Intercom is a very successful corporation and these ebooks while being quite general are still high-quality. A good overview of the topic that will benefit people who are novices or non-specialists as an introduction to the topic. Or perhaps if you're confused and out of balance and need to get down to the basics and get your ducks in a row.

I guess I expected more. I didn't find out anything new. But I'm probably not the target audience for this one since I've read a bunch on the topic already. It's pretty short, so I don't begrudge the time spent on this.
