I can't say this book was particularly outstanding, but it was a nice read all in all. remembering back on it some months later, in fact, a full year now I don't think I took any of it to heart, there was nothing that I found useful and at several points, I had to either put the book down it was an audiobook so skimming was out of the question or I just had to roll my eyes and continue to trudge though. I did finish it but it just felt like the same advice that everyone gives.
