I honestly don't even know where to start with this book. The best book on leadership I have ever read followed by Julie Zhao's Making of a Manger. Coyle hits on so many key principles of effective leadership, and makes the reader realize they can tackle these changes themselves. Now I just hope that while working in a hyper-regulated environment, these are not out of reach.

I thought this did a really good job of incorporating lesson learning into stories. It made absorbing the information enjoyable and interesting.

Very good and useful book, but if I didn't get this for a book club I don't think I could have made it all the way through by myself.
