Black and Blue in Harlem was a nice quick read. The growth Rook endured was timely and needed. It seemed he was ashamed but not ashamed of his past. He had to come to terms with it...to embrace where he was going and how to truly help others. I love how the author uses chapter titles to connect the title. I am enjoying this series.
