As someone who doesn't normally read this genre I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. Fast paced with a great balance of darkness, demons and plot to keep you turning the page. The thing I loved most about this book was the different points of view. Having four authors write this book meant the characters were 100% on point and because they were so differentiated it made it really easy to head swap as the chapters progressed. I loved the character development of each of the characters and I loved the ending. I hope these guys get back together to write another one :)

Different demons

A very different type of story for them. Still a very good demon story and explains a few things, however much slower paced than the others. It is a long discovery with some interesting ideas on spirits in our plane and schizophrenia. Well worth it for the continuation of the series but don’t expect full force drama all the way through on this one.

Demons galore

If you want to read just a zombie apocalypse with demons instead this a nice change of pace. Come on down to a good demon hunting bonanza with the added mystery of who sold their soul. Not for the faint of heart. Another highly enjoyable episode of American Demon hunters.
I couldn’t put it down and loved the growth shown in the characters as well as the interesting growth in the order. A must for all fans of the series.

Slower than others

This felt like it was less about the demon hunting and more about getting through the changes. It was still interesting but a few details really rubbed me up the wrong way unfortunately. Hopefully this is the only one for me. A great series none the less.

Nailed it!

I really enjoyed their look into London and the people within it. The demon was amazing and the tale just moved at a good pace, I loved the idea of a holiday being the start. The scenes were elaborate and the story dragged you in making you not want to put the tale down. A little confused as to how the demon came out yet it didn’t really detract from the tension in the story. A worthwhile addition to the series.

Demon’s rule!

It was amazing to see another brilliant book in the American Demon Hunter series. It is just such a shame that there was never anymore in the series. An amazing different change of pace with 4 different view points that allowed them to play a different show with many forms in a new way. I loved seeing things that weren’t from Corey’s view. I wish there were more!
