It was much better than the first book, but I’m still not sure why people love this series so much. It’s a good book, but it isn’t a masterpiece or anything. I have read better books. I don’t want people to think that I hated the book. It’s a really good book. I am going to read the next book and I might be done with the series for a while after that. Was it supposed to be more than three books originally?

Wow!!! I did not expect this. Pierce Brown is the king of Plottwist. Seriously not only do the good guys get fooled by other but they also kinda fool us. We as a reader are so stuck in the dark. When Darrow and his friends have a plan we don't get to now it. It suprises me everytime so much have little we know what is going on in Darrows head.
This is a masterpiece!!
