Read as individual issues via DC Infinite.

Stilll includes strong character work but loses itswlf a lot more along the way in the process of crossing over with a bunch of other DC books all in succession. The highlight of these crossovers is easily the Justice League International one. Also the War on Drugs stuff in here is dumb and Ronald Reagan keeps showing up so that stinks a big one

So this is my least favourite of the ones I've read so far. The actual story 'Nightshade Odyssey,' is pointless and a little embarrassing to read and the first issue of this collection is a bit pathetic. However, the art is awesome and the series goes in great directions later on, and characterization is top-notch throughout.

CW: Blood, death, magic, mention of incest, womanizing, racism, mild language (yeah, I wouldn't let anyone under 13 read this).
