This was funny. Why aren't people talking about how funny this is?

Lame. A good premise but sadly a poor execution.

This was a short but sweet picture book! The illustrations were cute and the story was lovely.

What a fun book. I especially love that the cat's non-verbal communication tells part of the story.

For: cat/Easter fans; readers looking for a book about helping.

Possible red flags: scheming; feeling disheartened.

Lovely Rueda illustrations. Longer than Rueda normally writes but the story by Underwood is excellent and very funny.

Excellent story about a cat who is apparently jealous of the Easter Bunny and thinks about taking matters into his own hands. Fairly simple illustrations and text, but they convey the cat's personality very well and the text is made for reading aloud. Fun!

So simple, and yet so very clever! I couldn't resist buying it, and we all laughed (including the 4yo) as we read it.
