Hands down one of my favorite children’s books of all time! This has the coziest snow days feels to it; the other “If You” titles are just as fun, but this one is really something special to me. :)

I was reading these books again when I was looking for books for my nephews and cousins. These books bring so much nostalgia with a touch of playful humor.

This book was incredibly humorous. My kids and I laughed our heads off. Brilliant!

This may well deserve more than two stars, but I'm a bit of a grouch about Christmas additions to series', and any addition to this series,

I thought I had read this book for the first time, and now it turns out I have read this book in 2015 and 2017 already. This is a testament both to how I feel about it, but also to how much my four year old loves it. She loves poring over the illustrations and how the mouse uses household objects to build his own accommodations. She especially years to know why his house he constructs has everything but no way to bathe himself. "He really needs a shower, Mommy." The ending also befuddles her but gets her to come back every time. Well played, well played.

In this Christmas-y "If You..." book, Mouse goes to the movies, which of course brings on a whole list of activities. It is the perfect holiday book addition for an "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" fan.
