Good starting point for those interested in the modern Warcraft timeline

comparing this book to the previous ones that I read of the Warcraft world, I couldn't help but give it 3 stars, the story was great but weakly told, the promising characters with so much potential, weakly described, poor choice of words, I couldn't help but wish the story was written by Richard A.knaak or Christi golden...
Spoiler but I like that we will see medivh again I liked his character(what was left of his character!!!), and I got sad for khadgar losing not only his magical powers, but his youth, and his good friends too...

I felt like I couldn't read fast enough. I DID NOT see that plot twist coming. From the first pages I knew something was up, I just couldn't pin it down. I love stories like this, where you don't see the climax coming. I am really enjoying reading through these books and getting the back stories. Khadgar is such a prominent figure in WoD that it has really been great getting to know more about his history and beginnings.

Wish I could do 2.5 stars. I really don't like authors that sound pretentious.
