i didnt expect to love this book so much! it pulled me from my reading slump. i would definitely read this again and it was perfect to read in the springtime. each character was so well developed and written that it was hard to believe they were rabbits!

Charming. A big adventure. Intense at times. The beginning was good, the middle dragged a bit. But the strong ending saved it.
Bigwig - like Samwise Gamgee - is the true hero of the story.
adventurous hopeful sad

I absolutely underestimated how much I would enjoy almost 500 pages about rabbits. It is a true adventure story with lots of hope but lots of sadness. Some of it felt a bit drawn out but, on the whole, a very good read.
