How Lovely Is The Silence Of Growing Things - Evan Dicken ***
A mother tries to reconnect with her daughter as a world of weird, green flourishing forces them to avoid daylight and the twisted life that now runs wild. Goes for gut-punch emotion and partially succeeds, but the world created is the most interesting part.

The Three-Tongued Mummy - E Catherine Tobler ***
Disorienting story of a cursed mummy brought back to life and displayed in a circus, with the power to transport people to other worlds and times. Lots of creepiness but a bit loosely tied together.

Hiraeth: A Tragedy In Four Acts - Karen Lord ***
A boy goes through life adopting more and more extensive cybernetic augmentations to hold the titular longing for a home of the past at bay. Certainly tragic and a nice take on the psychological issues of leaving a whole planet behind.
