I absolutely loved this book. I giggled a few times, definitely cried a few times, and even told my husband that I loved him (via text since I was at one of my many kid events) when I was finished reading the book.

This was my favourite August read. I got completely sucked in and could not put this book down. After losing her memories of the last ten years of her life Alice has to find out who she is again. It’s a book that reminds you that sometimes you can get lost in the whirlwind that is life but always remember you who are deep down.

Another easy read. While I found the story of the main character engaging, the technique of using personal letters to bring in the perspective of other characters allowed supporting roles to shine brighter. Though it wasn't the main theme, I actually found I was more interested and able to relate to the sister's personal story amidst Alice's evolution. If "fertiles and infertiles" means anything to you, be warned that this book may unexpectedly hit close to home but in a mostly respectful way. I felt the ending on all counts was very predictable "happily ever after" which I liked because I wanted that, but I also realize real life rarely works out that way and as much as it can leave a reader longing... a realist /unfinished ending has more weight.
This was a interesting storyline, bump your head in spin class and wake up thinking it is 10 years earlier and have not clue as to why your life is not what it was.
