What Alice Forgot

Listened to this as an audiobook and I really couldn’t have loved it more. It was such a good story of how as we get older and get different priorities that our relationships change and bend and how important it is to not throw them away. Very well written and just a lovely flowing story. Probably one of my favorites ever.

This book was extremely slow paced right from the start so it took me a while to get through. I didn’t hate it though and I liked most of the characters, I just think there could have been more depth to them. It’s a bittersweet story and it had a nice ending, but a bit too slow paced for me overall.

An enjoyable listen, I liked this better than Husbands Secret or Truly, Madly, Guilty.

Another good listen!

I was interested to find out what happened to the characters, but there was no "big reveal" about what she forgot. The beginning set it up to be a mystery but it really wasn't. That being said, I kept reading it.
