“Only” 3,5 because this book was too short for me to be completely invested and to feel the connection between the main characters but I did really enjoy reading this!
The writing wasn’t anything spectacular and in general this book wasn’t anything special but the representation was amazing in my opinion
The ending was beautiful, I loved seeing Jason’s team sticking up for them!
Also… the spice was spicying… that’s all I can say….🥵

I also loved seeing a bit of Erika’s journey and I really hope we get her and McKinleys story 👀

The only reason I picked up the first book in this series was so I could read this one, and neither one was a disappointment. I loved and felt the chemistry between all three of these characters. And the character growth from both Celeste and Kourtney was amazing to witness. I’m obsessed with this series and characters so far, and so ready to dive into the next one.

Yet another great book to add to my hockey romance repertoire! I had heard such good things about this one and it did not disappoint! I loved the romance side of this book while also enjoying the LGBTQ+ side as well! I think the author did well on highlighting the struggle with finding your sexuality and feelings of acceptance. There is a great author's note at the beginning of the book outlining the themes talked about in the book so make sure to check that out prior to reading! This was my second FFM book and it certainly won't be my last! I enjoyed Celeste, Jason & Kourtney’s relationship and how no one was ever made to feel like the third wheel! I also loved how their friends stood by them and supported them!

I’m on Kristen’s ARC team and when they sent out the info about an FFM romance, I was a little hesitant. I’ve never read a romance with that type of relationship!
I spent a lot of time thinking about it and decided to give it a chance!
It was great to go back into the same hockey team as Heart trick!

This book carefully explored many LGBTQ+ subjects and although I am not a member of this community, I felt it was written well. The love between Celeste, Kourtney, and Jason was beautiful. Celeste and Kourtney had been together exclusively for four years in college, while kourtney and Jason dated in high school and after the breakup of Celeste and Kourtney. Celeste and Jason’s love story was probably my favorite! It was slow and took a lot of trust building.

If this isn’t your jam, that’s okay! But don’t let the premise of a polyamorous relationship between one male and 2 females keep your mind closed off to it!

Can’t wait for Krum Cake’s marriage of convenience book!
