I haven't read the novels yet, but I can tell how excellent they are from the narrative style of the graphic novel. I really enjoyed this book, and love the inclusion of so many cultures' gods and mythology. The art is gorgeous as well. Some warnings for graphic sexual content and some suicide ideation.
