Lisa Jewell , you will forever be an automatic YES.
I didn't think I would read one better than 'The Family Upstairs' series you blessed us with. THIS, however, so, so, so good. Intoxicating from start to finish, with turns and twists at every other chapter. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I love Lisa Jewell, I’ll read whatever she writes but this was a miss for me. I still enjoyed it, and by the end I was very invested but I couldn’t get into it at first which isn’t usually the case for Lisa’s books.

It took me a while to remember what book I was listening to, until the girl disappeared and I realised what I’d put on 😂 maybe it was listening to it that impacted my opinion because it didn’t feel as pacy as I was expecting!

If you’re a slowly piece it together type of thriller fan you’ll love this, but if you like to be right in the thick of it maybe pick up another of Lisa’s books!
