I enjoyed this book a lot. There weren’t a whole lot of calm moments as it seemed something was always happening. I wasn’t quite ready for it to end but end it did.

I'm giving this book 3½ stars.

This book was better than the second book. Overall, I think this series was too drawn out. It would have been better as a two book series rather than a trilogy.

I have a few spoilers:

I felt like there was too much foreshadowing of the secret passage ways in the new house. It was pretty obvious that those passage ways would save the girls lives.

Overall I loved this series, but it felt a little too perfect for the ending. The fact that no one close to CJ was hurt or killed was just not believable after the number of attempts there were on her life. Other, non-significant characters would fall, but none of the main characters.

Also, I would sometimes get a little bored with overall details being just too descriptive of things that had no bearing effect on the story. I would keep thinking, okay, maybe this was foreshadowing of something, but then we had so many non-important, over-descriptive things I realized they were just the style of the author.

I realize that she was making each of these books in the trilogy be stand alone books, but it was a little too much reviewing for those of us wanting to read the whole series.

It also bothered me that every non-member, important character, gets converted. I just think it was tied up a little too perfect.

I liked this well enough. I did skim over a lot of it. And the whole cj name bugged me.

Wow. WOW. Just...wow. This book was super-de-duper good. I enjoyed it a lot and I want more--a spin off of Doug and Jill? Is there one out there? These books just get better and better. I love the characters both old and new. I really wish there had been more of Doug in this book though.

3 for 3. This book was a perfect end to the trilogy. Loved it.

I liked this series. It was arguably a little cheesy at spots, but I loved it. Great read.
