An enjoyable and funny book that describes, rather in detail and with a great sense of humor, many inefficient, unlikely, improbable, and ultimately absurd answers to (mostly) everyday questions. What? You can't have expected all the questions to be completely practical and mundane, did you?
If you're looking for a how to guide that will actually help you dig a hole, mail a package, or move, this is not your book.
However, if you want to learn how deep a pool made of tin foil can be before breaking due to the outward pressure of the water, hear about a few absurd US military experiments conducted during the Cold War, and read the pros and cons of moving your entire house by flatbed truck versus jet plane, then you're in exactly the right place.
