Yes yes yes give me more. This is the kind of stuff that gets me going and it’s not even because of the overwhelming gay erotica involved. As soon as I started the first story I was hooked because it felt so Lovecraftian despite having nothing to do with eldritch horror. Many of the stories are just tinged with this beautiful strange, creepy shivering horror vibes, and the ones that aren’t are instead fun as hell. 
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because not every story clicked with me, a few felt a little boring. 
Overall a collection of queer literary horror-esque short stories that I’d recommend to everyone.

As others have said, liked certain stories more than others. Was initially drawn to this book because of the promise of queer horror and honestly, yes, it was delivered. I felt as if some stories were much weaker than their counterparts, though, hence the rating. 

Great WLW representation, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all the stories only revolved around that; I’m so used to queer media being focused on MLM, I think! 

Interesting and dark, sometimes bloody and gory, but a good read (mostly!)

A wonderful, wonderful collection of short stories! It gave me both the creepy-crawlies and the giggles - Very fun!! If you have to pick just one to read, read ’The Summoning’ it's great. Other hoghlights were ’Flowers’, ’sad straight sex at the end of the world’, and ’Plsyinh house’.
