Beautifully written and narrated. Sometimes I got a bit confused about the timeline (whether the Worsley he referenced was Henry or his father), and I still struggle to come to terms with Henry choosing this mission over many more years he could have had with his family. But I guess that’s the point, to a degree. I don’t usually pick up nonfiction, but this is my second David Grann book, and I’m anxious to read more.

So much emotion packed into powerful reporting. Tense read with enough descriptors that I was cold while I read.

Good book. Short book. East, quick read. I really enjoy adventure books, books about people. Easy book of that to read. To put your life on the line to achieve a goal of adventure, always intrigues me.
