On the stronger side, Amy Reeder's art is as always amazing and her story here is brimming with potential.
More in the vein of the modern She-Ra Netflix series (which I absolutely adore and is perfect), there's still in these issues that I wish had more time to breath. Like the slow build up of her powers, the relationship with her friends, expanding upon the world.
It all happens fast and lose and I guess it's not much of a complaint when my biggest one is: I wanted more of this.

Quick and fun and beautifully colourful (what drew me to pick it up in the first place) but confusing because I have no context and left a lot of questions unanswered, though I assume the story continues on

A fun ride, super colorful and enjoyable world to dive into.

This book has beautiful art and an interesting world to offer...it was all just to quick. I didn't get to know the characters properly, I sort of understand the plot...I just wish everything was better developed.

I'm sure I've seen the name and character somewhere before, but I can't remember where or when. First impression is a bit underwhelming but maybe it'll grab me in the next few issues.

i loved the art and character designs. i had a lot of hope the first two issue's and was falling in love with the characters. i was ready for a fun adventure full story with amethyst and her small team. however, that adventure was cut short and the ending was very rushed. there was also, in my opinion, a very failed plot twist which could have been expanded upon more. was enjoyable, just wish the ending wasn't rushed.
