This book is worth the price I paid. (.99) There are some really good stories, and some not so good. It took me a long time to read through it, as I only read it between other books, and while traveling. There are stories that I have added the second book in the series to my list for reading. Others, it doesn't bother me to see how the story progresses. I can't really review any in particular as it's been so long that I don't remember enough about most of them to properly review. But for the selection, the number of books, and the price, if you enjoy fantasy take a chance.

I so wish we could use percentage of stars. This collection deserves at least 4.5 stars. I came to know several new "favorite" authors while reading it. I have read many anthologies over the years but I think this is the first one in which I have enjoyed every story included. If you like fantasy, this is a must read book. One note, the books in this collection are firsts in their own series so you will be looking for the next in most cases.
