A very easy book to read. I finished it in less than two hours, including quite a bit of time to stop and think about what I was reading. Michael Neill is a coach, and if you are also a coach (as I am) you may enjoy it. If you aren't a coach, you will still get value from hearing her simply-put perspective on the age-old wisdom of eastern religions that emphasize the oneness of all things and our connection to a universal consciousness. Having read his other book "Inside out revolution", I noticed that this book is very similar. In fact, the only difference is the use of different stories and metaphors to explain the same concepts. If you want to go deeper into non-dual teaching, reach any of J Krishnamurti's stuff or dive even deeper by delving into the Bhagavad Gita or Upanishads.

The author seems well intentioned, but I did not glean any useful insights from this book.

This is a must read book. I would say this goes into my top 10 books.
