When I searched for Charmed comics, Erica Schultz’s series came up and after I read and loved the first issue, I downloaded the whole series. I got Charmed: Magic School Manga even though I didn’t think it was connected to Ms. Schultz’s series since it was written by a different author and took place mostly at magic school. I didn’t care that it wasn’t related though, I just wanted my Charmed content, you know? Anyway, what with it being the holiday and all, it took me some time to get to it, but now that I’ve read it, I had a good time with it. It wasn’t as strong for me as Ms. Schultz’s series and it took some time for this one to grab me, but it did eventually and I really enjoyed it.
I didn’t think that I would particularly love staying with Delia instead of being with The Charmed Ones, but it didn’t take long for that to change and I would actually want to get back to Delia when we were with the sisters. I became invested in her and the mystery of what was happening at the school, though I will say that figuring out who the villain wasn’t very hard, but I didn’t mind that. Also they were actually pretty creepy and sinister when they revealed themselves which I thought was pretty cool. I did think Delia would have a bigger role in taking down the big bad, but that’s not to say she did nothing because she did have a role, I just thought she’d do more. It was interesting the route Katy Rex went, but it didn’t stop me from enjoying the story.
I feel like Katy Rex left some things open for future books and if they ever write more books about Delia or some of the characters besides the sisters, I’d be down to read them. Charmed: Magic School Manga was a great read and I’m glad I downloaded it.

it wasn't bad. I enjoyed it. I wish there were more volumes so I can get a real feel on what I am reading.
It follows the story of a new witch who was put in the protect of the magic school ran by Paige. However the book of magic at the school was trying to tell Paige something and she couldn't figure it out. With help of her students, Piper, Phoebe, Leo, and other folks they were able to figure it out. And as always, they were able to assess and come up with a plan to defeat evil.
