I don't really think a bibliography isn't worth it if it mainly consists of newspaper articles and websites so that was a bad omen right from the start. There isn't any depth to the topics under discussion, lots of extrapoloation from individual case studies and then a couple of pages where the things to be done are summarised. None of these include a particularly moral framework or any real hints at practical application, and well are things that were pretty common suggestions when it was written.

I didn't know anything about the book or author going in and maybe that meant I was expecting something different to what the author intended.
