A very cute book indeed. Creatively written in a series of emails, memorandums, diary entries, receipts, voicemails, and instant messenging, Boy Meets Girl was a quick yet charming read. Not much to the storyline though, but that's okay - this is chick lit, afterall, what did you expect?!

I suggest giving it a go - it's such a quick read that why not?

I loved this just as much the second time reading it as the first. This is my favorite kind of chick lit, and I love the e-mails, IM's, and all that other good stuff. It just makes the reading more fun, and lets the reader get into the heads of more than just the main character.

This started off very strong and I really was hoping it would be as good as “The Boy Next Door”, but sadly, the storyline sort of fizzled out at the halfway point.

The dilemma of the story got resolved very quickly and almost became an afterthought about 2/3 into the book. The characters stopped being very likeable and began resembling caricatures of themselves. I didn’t really feel pulled in and even found myself wanting to skip passages because I simply didn’t care; I just wanted to know how the story would end.

Had high hopes but was sadly disappointed.

It was written exclusively in emails, memos, diary entries, grocery receipts, etc. Not my favorite.

I liked the email format of this book, forcing the reader to read between the lines at times. Another cute enough Meg Cabot book, but probably not something that I will remember for long.

Moving right along in the Boy series. This was another cute, fun, chick lit story. Not quite as silly as the first one, which I am glad about. Onto #3!
