This was honestly 95% brilliant and then the rest didn't completely sit right with me. Ishiguro is fantastic at what he does though.

Lost the momentum and need to clear the decks for summer reading.

Really more of a 3 1/2 stars book. I wish Goodreads would allow 1/2 stars.
I listened to this book and I think I would have probably enjoyed it more if I had physical read it. I tended to drift off and so there were things I missed and other things I listened to twice. Overall a fine book, but meandering and I found myself wishing for more detective action and less sentiment.
