Hilarious shojo manga from the 90s. Only rated down because of a few select skippable spots.

Kind of boring and the narrative doesn't seem to flow logically at all. There are many characters we're never introduced to, as well. Not really my cup of tea.

Very light and funny, good story. I feel like I'm not as invested though as when theres danger and drama, so I guess I'll have to keep reading for the character development! Miaka is very cute and likable, but I keep waiting for her to start taking the situation more seriously!! Tamahome is very cute too, but now I want more character development! Back-story please!

The drawing is very good too, when Watase wants to draw beautifully she does, and the landscapes were gorgeous! Still getting used to the more goofy drawings though, I guess I'm just not used to it after coming off the constant pretty of From Far Away and Red River!

All in all, I am liking it and will definitely keep reading!

Para ser el primer tomo me ha gustado mucho aunque la protagonista se me ha hecho un poco insoportable pero aun así la historia me parece muy interesante.

having watched the anime during high school I was thrilled to find all the volumes in the library sale. the 1st and 2nd volumes were identical to the anime. while it's not as great as the fruits basket, this series is definitely interesting

I watched the anime like 10 - 12 years ago I don't remember much but I remember loving it so I decided to pick it up , love the artwork, I still don't know how I feel about it.
