I can't say I enjoyed Acid Row, but it kept me spellbound. I finished it in a day while on holiday. Paedophilia is always a touchy subject - add disaffected youth growing up in an estate in the UK and you have a volatile mix!

A bit too graphic in the gory details for me, but the ending was somewhat redeeming. I think she went a little overboard just to sensationalize and some of the stuff isn't even relevant to the plot or characters, but is included just to shock.
