I think, even though I read this 4 years ago now, some scenes in this book stuck and I could never forget them.

I think if there ever was a book that can describe how depressed people feel, it would be this, as far as I can tell at least.

Really nice book but extremely depressing. It’s like the author is nihilistic and wants to show it in her characters, or maybe that’s the society she is born into?

Casual sex, drinking and individualism. Any wonder why her characters are so depressed? In any case I’m glad I was not raised in a society like that.
