Ahhhhh it's good! Always fascinated with Scottish lore. Now I want to read the continuation. My wallet will cry having to buy more graphic novels.

2.5 stars. Some pretty art. Some fun mythology. A little muddled, and I'm not certain I like Thorn very much yet either. We'll see.

I like the use of myth. But the shift from a story featuring a woman to her becoming a secondary character for several issues put me off.

The cover's gorgeous. The inside doesn't live up though, kinda reminded me of Archie...? But it's about demigods and ancient Scotland so it's a weird disconnect. Hoping it improves both art and storytelling wise in Volume 2.
