Gahan Wilson was absolutely a treasure, and these comics are no exception. I do wish there were more installments of The Creep than Future Funnies, but we can't have everything we want, I suppose.

Rating: However many stars there are.
The August Book-A-Day prompt for today is a favorite comic book...well, graphic novel...and I ain't got one. So I picked the next best thing! Posted on my blog since it gave me trouble here last year.
Gahan Wilson. His stuff never gets old. I laugh as hard as I did 40 years ago, and sometimes harder. 5 happy, if dark, stars!
Books like this, humor from 40 years ago, show me that there is in fact nothing new under the sun. Some people have always felt, as I do, that the world makes no sense, that up is in fact down, and the best we can do is cope.
I paint what I see.
