This is one of the most adorable graphic novels I've ever read. It encompasses entire lifetimes in less than 100 pages so beautifully, and the art style is so vibrantly well-crafted. It's realistic, as well as heartwarming and heart-wrenching all at the same time. If you're looking for a solid sapphic story, this is the one.

A beautifully tender story with some truly gorgeous artwork. I was crying by the end and enjoyed spending time with these characters and their loving blended family.

My heart!!! A sapphic love story with a plus-size main character that spans decades??!! Sign me up! The only negative is that it went too fast, I want more.

Tropes: second chance romance, childhood friends to lovers to strangers to lovers

TW/CW: Homophobia, Dementia, Cheating, Religious Bigotry, Death,

Representation: older sapphic relationship

Favorite quote: x

Thoughts: This story was so good and i really enjoyed seeing these two from when they first met to their old age. It also brought up the topic of how many people back in the day had to hide who they truly were and who they loved because it wasn't acceptable to be gay back then! I loved a good second chance romance, and this really shows that no matter how late in life if its meant to be its meant to be.
