Really enjoyed this book from a really imaginative and original author who wrote great things, such as Twilight Zone episodes, Kung Fu episodes, the first Star Trek episode that aired and Ocean's 11. George learned by hanging with some of the greatest writers of the time, such as Beaumont and Matheson.
This books has short stories, television scripts, television story outlines and screenplays, each section with an introduction from the autor that gives a really great account of life as a writer.
My favourite stories, scripts and outlines were:
- Devlin's Dream;
- The Man Who was Slugger Malone;
- Star Trek: Rock-A-Bye Baby - or Die!;
- Sea Change;
- All of Us Are Dying;
- The Edge of the World!;
- Kung Fu: The Demon God.
