A love story for the Black kids, nerds and people who don’t have to fit a box. I ADORED the natural build up, highly reflective and important to know that both characters had individually outside of their relationship. Definitely a book I recommend to any Black youth who is a hopeless romantic like myself.

I enjoyed this read. It moved at a comfortable pace and had a really nice ending. I enjoyed the characters a lot. Overall a good book!

This book was so sweet. I loved watching Reggie & Delilah fall in love, but I loved watching them learn to love themselves even more. I was cheering for Reggie & Delilah to make this relationship work. The ending was absolutely perfect. And while Reggie loved all things Dungeons & Dragons, and I know almost nothing about Dungeons & Dragons, that did not take away from my enjoyment of the novel. This was a fun, lighthearted YA romance and I can’t wait to read more by this author.
