It was a good experience neither more nor less, I like the Idea of opening and deeping in things, and I liked these quotes too;
"Everything you do right now ripples outward and affects everyone. Your posture can shine your heart or transmit anxiety. Your breath can radiate love or muddy the room in depression. Your glance can awaken joy. Your words can inspire freedom. Your every act can open hearts and minds."

"springs open from the depths of your heart."

What I didn't like is that the Author is repeating himself in every single chapter and story, it could have been shorter than this. Also, not everything is supposed to be opened to the world, there's things that persons MUST keep them for themselves.
there's times we should stay with ourselves,
loving ourselves starts from us not from the others, it's an act not a re-act.

WOW. I didn't expect this. I really didn't. What a bomb of profoundly deep, profoundly practical spiritual wisdom. I think I've never read a book that spoke so directly to my heart. Held by a web spun by all the essential paradigms that are currently vibrating within me: Openness, Love, Truth, authenticity, presence, expansion, depth, surrender, trust, intimacy, connection, wholeness, freedom, etc... And all of it expressed in such a beautiful divine simplicity. Wow. A book for life. Gratitude.
