It was a fun read
Wasn't a fan of the ending to be honest
I still had questions at the end
Don't feel like there's much to say, but I did enjoy this introduction to Tommy and Tuppence and am excited to read more of them.

I should have read this T+T book first because now I LOVE them and I feel like I totally understand them and the way they think separately and how they work together. I am going to go back and re-read the following books in a totally different light.

This book had everything - murder mystery, spies, secret identities, and seeing T+T think on their feet and manipulate everyone around them was a masterpiece. The "facts" were constantly changing and I was so confused about what was true and false (by design) and I love that!

I'm new to Agatha Christie and every book I pick up surprises me in some way. This was no different.

An amazing fun and noir spy story. Funny characters lots of deception, and English food. The ambience for this one made me feel like I was there in England post war time running along with Tommy and Tuppence on this grand adventure. Honestly I had so much fun reading this and finished it in two sittings which doesn't happen often with books for me.
