This is a super cutesy Sherlock Holmes retelling, with aliens. By that I mean that if it weren’t for the sex scenes, this would be a family-friendly mystery story. It’s very light and heart-warming. Romance is really cute — I really liked the characters (especially Vi, who I really like because she’s inherently kind in addition to being socially oblivious). It’s a great book!
This book works for an entry into the world of Stargazer, though the more obvious choice would be with the main Stargazer series.
