I will cut the Holms some slack because, hello, they created Babymouse. But this one was not my favorite! I feel like Babymouse just all of a sudden stops being so greedy and I wanted more of an aha moment I think (Babymouse IS on a higher learning level than most literature out there today) than what I'm given as to the True Meaning of Christmas. But obvs, I will continue to read Babymouse until the day I die. I just wanted a bit more from this edition. The Christmas cards at the end were funny, though, so there's that.

Another hilarious installment of Babymouse. I love all the clever, fun humor in these books. And yes, I was happy to see that the troublesome gnomes are still "no trouble at all." :)

Babymouse is so funny and anxious and excitable and imaginative. It's always a fun rollercoaster reading one of her books. I liked how Hanukkah was included as well even though it's a Christmas book.

It was cute. A young kid, about 4-6, would probably enjoy it. It would probably get them into the Christmas spirit.

This is the 15th(!) Babymouse book and it's still as charming and funny and smart as the first one. If you've never read these, then you're missing out. Truly a series that can be loved by both kids and their parents.

Babymouse is celebrating Christmas and even a bit of Hanukkah. A great addition to the Babymouse series. I know the kids will be lining up for this one.
