This book isn't perfect (needed one more pass with the editor/proofreader), but I love it anyway. A huge variety of burger recipes, and it reads like Bob himself is there in the kitchen with you ;) There is some great art from the show on every page, which helps reinforce that feeling. We've tried two recipes so far (New Baconings and A Good Manchego is Hard to Find), both were very tasty. The bacon burger was pretty standard, but the manchego burger was topped with caramelized shallots and fig jam. Expand your burger horizons!

I was expecting a novelty cookbook that has only OK recipes but looks cute on a desk, but no it's pretty incredible recipes and teaches the science of a good burger

My husband got me hooked on Bob's Burgers, so when I saw that they came out with a cookbook, I knew I had to buy it. While many of the burgers are definitely never going to be made in my kitchen (I'm a very picky eater), the cookbook itself it hilarious. For more adventurous eaters, you could make every recipe in this book and be satisfied. It is totally worth a look if you are a fan of the show, or of making out-of-the-ordinary burgers.

These burgers are so good! We alter some of the ingredients and don’t use bread so that we can make it low carb. If you need something to get you out of a flavor rut then I highly recommend this cookbook. Also it is hilarious. For full enjoyment, I suggest watching the corresponding episode while cooking because it makes it fun! :)

There are definitely several recipes I would never try, but there are some really fun/tasty/creative sounding ones, and there is a nice bit of comedy.
