This was a fun issue! Damian and Jon in a western world and fighting robots! The dialogue was really cute!

*Very mild spoilers, read at your own discretion.*
I never really have much criticism when it comes to AoSS. Every issue is pretty much cute and enjoyable. It kind of restores my faith in comics after how I found the latest issue of Bendis’ Young Justice.
Thoughts after reading this issue:
- Hex makes an interesting new addition to the team.
- Speaking of new additions, the Green Lantern trainee is becoming a more prominent character. I’m still keeping my eyes out in case it turns out he was somehow lying and is evil.
- I did sit for 2 minutes whilst reading the beginning of this issue and think “where’s Joker Jr.??” before I remembered what happened in the last issue.
- Loving the banter between these two:
- The Wild West aspect of this issue is cute! I like how it’s some new adventure in a new place every issue. Also, Jon is such a cowboy. The hat and then this:
- I loved this:
Hahahhah can you imagine Bruce and Damian watching Wild West movies together? Just the idea of that makes me laugh.
- What were the missing adventures in between?? I need to know what happened here:
This seems like the perfect opportunity to start another maxi-series after this one finishes based on the missing adventures from these adventures. I don’t want Super Sons to eeeend😩😩😩
- And this was such a strange thing to say:
I know Damian is insistent but I kind of want a JL/Super Sons team up!! Like back in [b:Super Sons (2017-) #15|39666957|Super Sons (2017-) #15|Peter J. So, all in all, a fun and action-filled, fast-paced issue. This maxi-series seems to be nearing the end and I do not want it to!! Still... we’re all anticipating an interesting showdown.
Check out my review for issue #8!!
