This collection of poetry is mundane, honest, and feels wildly american. There is a sense of casual longing and warmth within the writing that I really can't get enough of. I especially enjoy her use of dialogue within her poetry and the way she talks about lesbianism and food. So much to underline, I could barely set my pen down.
