It was a decent issue. Unfortunately Gary Gygax spent several pages ranting about intellectual property theft as he had done in prior issues.
As far as the Fritz Lieber story, the insight into how "Charm Person" affects someone was fun, but since I didn't know the characters or their backstory, I think a lot of meaning was lost.
Also included in it is a Q&A section regarding Empire of the Petal Thrones, a second "Snit" game, defense tactics in the game Ogre, and some rules for grappling and staff fighting in D&D.
